Headquartered in New York's Rockefeller Center, Lazard Capital Markets maintains a business alliance agreement that provides for the continuation of certain historical business relationships between Lazard Group and Lazard Capital Markets. We provide equity, fixed income and convertibles sales and trading, research and underwriting services. We also provide advice, strategies and solutions to corporations and governments worldwide that facilitate their access to public and private capital. Our trusted relationships with leading institutional investors, including mutual funds, hedge funds, pension managers, government agencies, banks and insurance companies, have been earned over decades of service.
